PathWise collects and stores only the information required to help you track your ILR, Naturalisation, and Citizenship eligibility. This includes your account details, selected route, payment status, visa history, dependant information and travel/absence dates.

How Your Data Is Used

We use your data solely to calculate your ILR eligibility, provide reminders, and display personalised information in your dashboard. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data Storage

All data is stored securely in Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Only you can access your information once logged in.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. PathWise never sees or stores your card details.

Your Rights

• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• You can export your data upon request.
• You can update or correct your information from your dashboard.
