These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PathWise, a service provided by NIVID Innovative Solutions Ltd. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
PathWise helps users track their ILR, Naturalisation, and Citizenship eligibility by providing timelines, absence tracking, dependant management and reminders. PathWise does not provide legal advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional immigration guidance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. PathWise does not store or handle your card details. Access to paid features is granted immediately after successful payment.
Refunds may be issued only in cases where the service was not accessible due to a technical issue caused by PathWise. Refunds are not provided for incorrect user data entry or changes in personal circumstances.
By using PathWise, you consent to the storage of your personal data, including visa history, dependant information and travel/absence dates, for the purpose of calculating your immigration timelines. Data is stored securely in Supabase and never shared with third parties.
PathWise provides calculations based on the data you enter. While we aim for accuracy, immigration rules may change and individual circumstances may vary. You are responsible for verifying your eligibility with official government sources or a qualified immigration adviser.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. PathWise may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
